Getting Started

I currently offer in-person and telehealth sessions for children, teens, and adults.

Lotus Ascent Counseling accepts the following insurance plans:

Self-pay options are also available.

To get started, complete the contact form below or email lotusascent@amymartinez.net. I typically respond within 1–2 business days to answer questions and discuss next steps.

If you are reaching out for a child, the first step will be a brief parent consultation call to learn about your concerns and explain the intake process.

Once an intake appointment is scheduled, you will receive secure online forms to complete prior to your first session.

If my schedule is currently full, you may be added to a waitlist, and I will keep you updated as openings become available.


Once we’ve scheduled an intake, you’ll receive forms to complete online before our first session.

Please note: Lotus Ascent is not a crisis service. If you or your child are in crisis or need immediate help, call or text 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.

Insurance benefits will be verified before scheduling. Coverage and copays are determined by your insurance provider and cannot be guaranteed by Lotus Ascent Counseling.
